Flaming work...Computer Virus...rant!

We have been infected by a virus at work. It's hit the network which in turn has infected all the computers. As soon as they get it cleaned off...it's back again! It's so bad that Microsoft have put a $500,000.00 bounty on the creator's head. TBH, it should never have gotten in but that's another story and there are a few people keeping their heads down!
Our helpdesk consists of me as supervisor and my 2 staff. As of 4:00 today, we have taken nearly 1000 calls to the helpdesk between the 3 of us and we expect the same manic day tomorrow. It wouldn't be so bad if half of the people calling weren't so flaming ignorant and rude. You'd think I brought the flaming virus in just to spite them.
I'll be glad when it's this time tomorrow. Unless I end up dribbling and rocking in a corner before then

Rant away I know the feeling being in charge of a helpdesk, it is always your faullt, even when it aint. I have every sympathy with you and your colleagues and can understand that you are all tearing your hair out at the unfairness.

Fingers toes paws and all ctrossed here that things are better tomorrow.

Thanks mate. It's been a flaming nightmare. When you think we normally take about 100 calls a day, it's been horrific

just wondering as i dont need another
