Dog meat roll question

Hi All,

I'm doing a little bit of market research and I am wanting an opinion from people who use dog meat rolls for their pets.

For those who use dog meat rolls for their dogs (large or small), would you buy a plastic container made in the specific shape of the dog roll? I buy large dog roll meats and I keep the meat in a plastic bag in the fridge however, it's rather unhygienic and I can't find any plastic container suitable for large dog rolls.

Would a product like this be of interest to anyone?

Thanks for your time

I don't feed it, I feed raw and keep their meat in a lock and lock box like this

If I had a lot less meat to deal with I don't see why a zip lock bag would be unreasonable or unhygenic

Maybe it's called something different in other countries? In NZ we just call it 'dog roll'. Here is a link of what i'm talking about http://nz.butch.co.nz/Quality_Dog_and_Cat_PetFood_rolls

Me too Trouble - they're great aren't they? The best thing is they are totally dishwasher proof so I don't have to keep separate boxes for our use, they all just go in the dishwasher and I know there is no issue of cross-contamination.

I wonder if such products are available in NZ? I would think so - your best route, Cooperboy.

Although I've never given them to my dogs, we can buy dog rolls here in Hungary.

I don't know whether they're different to the ones you buy in NZ, but ours don't need to be refrigerated until they've been opened in which case you wouldn't need a large container to keep them in?

Used to see them in the supermarkets, but it's a long time since I've seen them here. I think it was Webbox that used to make them and possibly still do
