12 year old English Setterlooking for home or foster on many tears

04-05-11 Felicity is a beautiful, gentle and kind English Setter. She is about 12 years old and was thrown out of a car into a bog. Unable to move she nearly died. She was found with her loyal friend Emma and together they were taken to the pound in Ireland. She would love a home with Emma if at all possible. She is a beautiful looking dog, her pictures do not do her justice. She walks nicely on the lead but she does find being in kennels stressful. She does have a slight heart murmur and a mammary tumour which we are hoping to remove. She needs a quiet and loving home to see out the rest of her days and for that reason she is by donation only. In the meantime we are appealing for a foster home for these girls urgently as we fear they may not have much time left and they deserve to be in a peaceful, kind home.

Oh how terribly sad this is. These poor dogs, chucked out towards the end of their lives, how can people do such a thing? I do so hope these two find a kind and loving home together.

Poor little mite, when we've moved I'm going to be in a position to help more, but my hands are tied at the moment. My plan is to have a special place where any unwanted/unloved English Setters can have a permanent home to see out their days
