Ouch!!! Whiplash injury

Well yesterday I skidded on the kitchen floor. I put my foot on a dog biscuit and went ,thought nothing of it till this morning. My goodness it hurts, thought I had slipped my disc again. Got to Drs and he checked me out well, which in itself was agony. Said it wasn't my disc but Whiplash . Can't believe it, got to rest for 2 weeks with pain killers and antiinflamms but I go away a week tomorrow . Ash is working away too nightmare lol

On no, poor you. It's the morning after, when you go to lift your head off the pillow that you really notice it isn't it? Hopefully you will be feeling a lot better by the time you go away.x

oh poor you - especially with the timing of your holiday.

Still, trying to be positive, it could've been so much worse.

I hope the anti-inflamitories & pain killers do the trick quickly.
