Vets have just called,Meg has just come out of surgery and is alot brighter.She had a massive Pyo and it was quite a difficult op,but she's doing ok.
I maybe able to bring her home tomorrow

Phew what a relief!
I hope she can come home tomorrow, well on the road to recovery.
What a good job you kept an eye on her and realised something was wrong.

That is great news Sal, Meg is a fit and healthy young bitch and you have caught it in time so she should recover well

When anyone posts in the manner you did I want to say ''I would get to the vets right now'' because I would not want to risk leaving things if there is the slightest risk of Pyometra.

She is definatly going to be spoiled tomorow!
Your advice is brilliant I had my suspicions but wanted to see what you guys thought.

I still can't believe how quickly she went downhill.
