Hope it goes okay - I'm sure she'll be fine.
Hopefully she will just be sleepy when she comes home which is totally normal.

Keep your chin up

Hi Elaine if Poppy is anything like Chloe she will be fine.Chloe's wound was so tiny you could hardly see it and she was back to normal the next day leaping around

I sat on the sitting room floor with her and played with her toys and watched a film to try to keep her quiet .

Best wishes to Poppy xx

Thanks, it's getting stressful now. she did cry when I left her, while I was chatting to Margaret the receptionist, I could hear her barking she was so scared in the taxi, had to get a black cab coz they wont let dogs in the ordainary cars. and she did not like that

Try not to worry, they will give her a mild sedative to relax her and then she will be in to have the op and the next thing she will realise is she has you there to take her home.
I will be thinking of you both today (inbetween worrying about Milo) (((hugs)))

I'm sitting here, my stomach churning, waiting for that phone to ring and then yes I will probably leaping in the air like you knocking everything flying to get it.

......... I'm here, sorry I'm late with my good vibes for Poppy today, but I'm sure SHE will be fine, it's you I'm so worried about!!!

I will be waiting with baited breath for your next post when you've heard that all is done and she's come round, bright and alert ready for you to go and pick her up. All the best Elaine, I know how hard today will be for you.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
