Absolutely 100% agree with Hali.

As a true animal-lover I couldn't comprehend why they would want a healthy dog PTS No, I certainly wouldn't carry out those wishes.

No question would keep the dog, especially as a)I am an animal lover b)the dog knows me c)the dog is healthy

However I would like to think that if my friend trusted me enough to be that involved in things she/he would trust me enough to ensure their dog was healthy happy and safe

No friend of mine would ask it as they would know my answer. I would keep the dog. They couldn't accept that, they'd have to find another executor.

Same here, no-one who knows me would ask this. I can't even kill a spider

the only way that i would allow the dog PTS was if it was a dog that for example - only responded to the owner, and was only controllable by the owner, and if it was extremely old and infirm and i felt that it would be kinder to PTS than feel the loss of its human companion.

However as none of these have been given as possibilities in this scenario - i would save the dog !!!
