Support Dogs is based in Chapeltown, Sheffield and has an excellent reputation. I don't know how much hands-on involvement Val has now, but she is highly experienced in this field

They do train peoples own pets, [ subject to behavioural and veterinary evaluation ], and there is no charge for it
cheers patch
I feel it is a specialised area and dont want to go bundeling in there and making an ass of it, there is so much to consider with this type of training and i have never trained for a disabled person before and also its my first dob.
would be happy to put it into the hands of knowlageable trainers and watch from the side line and learn a bit

Hi all, had a good day, Keiser got his first off lead run, I took royce with me and the two of them had a good old belt round the woods, Gail - Casseys mum had been to scared to let him off before, he had a ball and Gail feels more confident in his behaviour off lead, some young lads had a remote controled car in the woods which scared keiser, his reaction was to run to mum, not the motorway, which was a good thing, posted some photos of cassey and keiser sorry they were taken on my mobile phone so not the best quality,

keiser 5 month old dob

Cassey, just home from school, and I am lucky to get a photo as she is not to keen on having her photo taken,

I hope he is as good as my old dobe Kaiser was, If I could have just one of my dogs back it would be Kaiser, He could read me like a book, knew how I felt, most of the time I'm sure he knew what I was thinking, so I do hope that Cassey's Keiser is just like him and he will be fantastic help to her. Thanks Kath,
We are just working on the puppy stuff, teaching him to walk properly on lead, sit, keep off the casseys care team, as he has a bad habbit of jumping on them, Keiser is there first dog so they are just learning, but hopefuly it will all go well, will keep you updated and try to get some better photos and put them on,
