Which part of Redcar beach did you go to? I'd love to take my two to the beach(they've never been before) but wasn't sure where dogs are allowed to go.

We were at the Majuba Car park end but you can also go to the Stray at the other end. It's only the bit in the middle of town that doesn't allow dogs in the summer. From end of September to end of April there's no restrictions at all

So glad the weather held. Will have to take you to the marshes one day. It's a fab walk and crosses the golf course back along the bridleway parallel with the beach so is close by

oo you will indeed! i've never been down by the marshes but it looks like a lovely walk x
