id definitely up her exercise. and at least take her out for half an hour at a time. half an hour a day just doesnt seem enough to me for a cocker spaniel.

ah that sounds more like it the way I understood it was that it would be something like 30-45 min a day!

Glad I double checked that one ^__^

Weekdays Ben gets 30 mins in morning at whatever time one of us gets up for work. Late afternoon he gets between 1 and 2 hours depending on weather and that one is always off lead with ball and kong play and then last thing at night 15 minutes round block, all pavement/concrete walking. Weekends gee anything that fits in with what we are doing - An afternoon on the beach a wander in the woods whatever. The actual times of Ben's walks are not set in stone though and sometimes Bens morning walk can be as early as 5.30 am and sometimes as late as 10.30. He fits in with our shifts and we are lucky he always has done

I usually only walk Cain once a day as a) it takes at least 20 mins to walk to anywhere decent and b) walking him is not much fun and I couldn't handle doing it twice a day!

He gets minimum 1 hour, the norm is 1 and 1/2 hours per walk, seems to be enough for him. Sometimes he gets and extra 20/30 min walk late at night. He gets longer on weekends.

My two get at least 3 walks a day. Morning and evening it will be for about 20 minutes and then during the day they have a longer walk - anything from 45mins to 1 1/2 hours of which some will be off-lead. If the weather is foul the walks will be shorter but they then use the house as race track They love their walks!!

Just depends. Sometimes its one walk, two, even three.

It really depends on the day tbh. Today he has had almost an hour. Mainly road walking with about 10 mins of off-lead running round the park. If I can get out in the daylight with him then he has almost an hour of off lead exercise and play. Other times he might get a 30 min off lead in the morning and a couple of shorter 15 min walks later on. Some days we do some trick training, other nights I will give him a big bone to knaw on.....so although he can count on being watered, fed and walked everyday, there isn't a set schedule, as such.

I don't have a set length but Teg has 2 walks a day adding up to roughly 2 hours or more.
Both with a mix of on and off lead.
If we go a long walk with friends (like last weekend was 3 hours) he will also have a short toilet walk, 15mins.

In summer months my dogs exercise doubles, at least, because the weather is better/day is longer.

Weather/time of year makes no difference for us. We had a load of dogs out tonight for a good hour and a half in the pitch dark and pouring rain. Very muddy but happy dogs
