Lovely Cocker Spaniel needs a loving home Essex area

I need to find a home for a friend's cocker spaniel. He is three year old entire male (it would be a stipulation that he should be neutered asap). He is a lovely dog in every respect, happy playful and GORGEOUS. Unfortunately his owner has had to move and is not allowed to have dogs now
