Cassie's got a new Pool (GSD's)

Went out and bought this year's paddling pool for when it gets hot this week-end, Cassie is desperate for Georgie to get in but he's having none of it!


So he decides to lay down and sulk! He'll love it once he goes in I think!

What spoiled brats your dogs are having their own 'pool'

Thats a great idea Helen, I bet Sabre would have loved his own pool cos he loved water as well (although wasn't that keen on baths, but liked to paddle in the brook nearby) I never thought of getting him one

Its no good getting wimpy Benji one because he legs it if I even fill the mopping bucket he is such a muppet at times

Cassie loves her pool and when we get back from our walk in the morning she will alway make a b-line for it, she doesn't do much in it! Lol! No swimming or anything, but she just likes to cool off. I was filling it up today and she couldn't wait to get in, but I am going to put it out on the front lawn tomorrow as she doesn't like it on the stones! Yes, I know, they're spoilt, but hey, why have them if you can't spoil them I say! Hopefully, when it's out on the front lawn where they play, she may persuade him to get in tomorrow morning. It has to be fresh water every day too, otherwise she just won't get in it!

Seeing this pic reminded me I have to paint our extension wall, IF I can tear myself away from this place that is - it will just have to go on my very long "to do" list!

Thanks Gems, she is back to her normal self now thank God! There are now 4 dogs in my area who had this last week and ended up on a drip, but I am still persuing that with the Defra people and will post soon about it.

Haven't you got any garden at all then bellaluna, coz it's only a very small pool and it really cools them off when it's hot - what a shame, never mind you have all those lovely big lakes around where you live and Luna loves her swimming - now!
