Couldn't believe it!

I was in town today and two girls passed me 'walking' a little puppy.It was in a main shopping area with a lot of traffic and the poor thing was dancing all over the place on the lead and jumping up and biting it. He looked terrified!
When I looked down at him they proudly told me he was a birthday present and he was 9wks old and they thought they would just take him a walk!
When I asked if he had been jagged, they said probably the cat and dog home had done it before they got him, I couldn't help saying he looked too young to be out and looked a bit scared, but they told me he would be all right when they got to the pet shop and bought him some toys!!
Words failed me at that
I felt so helpless and can't image what he will turn out like.

This is so awful, makes you want to take pup off them doesnt it, not right folk with no idea can buy or are given puppies something needs to be done, anyway at least you tried x
