New carpet and new bed for Benji.

The new carpet was fitted today and it is all nice and springy again. The old carpet was 13 years old and had had its day.

Benji investigating his new bed.

Thanks Jenn Yes Benji is a bit bewildered with it all - I think he thought we had gone crazy when we were putting everything into the kitchen this morning to empty the living room for the carpet fitters and then when we put it all back again after he looked really puzzled. Don't think he was too happy last night when we just had bare floorboards

Benji is looking a bit of a scruff at the moment but he is going to the groomers on the 1st of June so he should look nice when he comes back again

Thanks Steve. Yes I had wanted an Axminster carpet but the shop didn't do them big enough for the room as we needed over a 15ft one so I couldnt have the carpet I originally wanted So we decided to go for a plain one instead and we were lucky because this one was half price in the sale and was £30 a square yard instead of £60 so we got a bargain I think I am quite pleased with it though and its easier to match up with things than a patterned one I think.

Yes that was me who put the remotes like that - how long they will stay like that though is anybodys guess

Looks lovely Foxy, I bet you are pleased with it. Goes very nice with your new suite by the way.

My grandaughters have the same Rocking horse, I bought it for them at Christmas.

Benji looks a bit bemused by his new bed. Bet he's used to it already.
