Skudo Flea & Tick Repeller

I wondered if anyone has tried the Skudo flea & tick repeller - does it work?

I really don't like the idea of keep putting chemicals on my westie puppy to prevent fleas & ticks but have resorted to Frontline as he wouldn't eat his food with Billy No Mates in it.

The Skudo gadget looks ideal but would like to find out if it really works.
