Thats a brill weightloss ZB! My nurse told me there are two different tablets they could prescribe to help me lose weight. I had to lose 10lbs on my own first (to show I was willing). One reduced your appetite (which I though would only work if they were the size of a football and filled me up lol)... and the other was the one where if you eat ANY fat you will get the runs. I couldn't have trusted myself not to have a few drinks ad raid the fridge for cheese and live to regret it.
So I'm doing my weightloss without help from my GP.

I do have a healthcheck on 20th August, and unfortunately it's not with the nurse that always moans about my weight. Nevermind, I'll show her!

I don't expect to keep that up every week, but it's an encouraging start.
Thats a good start, well done

But its a loss! You have to go without 3000 calories to lose 1lb. Go to the supermarket, buy 1lb of lard, keep it in the fridge and look at it everytime you lose 1lb or more. Thats what you've actually done, and that is no mean feat!

Who is it that is keeping track of all our losses?

Don't be discouraged, it takes a while before you see some results.
I did'nt notice any appreciable loss for 3 months, hang in there.
