Its going to be a hot one..

Had the dogs out at 730 this morning to try to avoid the heat and even then i got a sweat on ...
For those who use paddling pools for their dogs do you fill and leave ?
Do you replace the water if it gets to hot ??

I have never had the water in the pool get too hot - I tend to swap it when it gets too grimy!

I would love to get a pool for Pereg but with no outside tap it would be impossible to fill it.

lucky you, its raining here we went through loads of paddling pools, we now have the plastic ones got them from tesco for £15 for 2 (its the ones that you are supposed to put water in one and sand in the other, we just use them both for water)

empty it at night

My dogs won't go in their pool unless it's just been freshly filled That means I empty and fill it about half a dozen times a day or more, keeping it in the shade at all times, but I have a lovely green lawn!

We're doing the beach at the moment though, lots of swimming every day, so I've got nice cool, wet, doglets permanently here, and I must go and change my pants coz I've just got back and still have a wet cozzie on underneath these trousers!
