Sounds perfect! I'm desperate to get to that first stone, but am really enjoying dieting the easy way and just lost 1-2lb a week. I can eat and lose weight? Who knew! ;o)

ive lost 7lbs since saturday, so at least ive done that goal, most of it must be water as my flab is now err more flabby & moveable!

So next goal is a stone by start of April.
Wish me luck!

Obvisley i know it will slow down & get harder, but hopefully i will be well "into" it by then.

right 6 stone to go!

How often do you all weigh yourselves?

Ive found (for me) that weighing once a week does not keep me on the straight & narrow.

I weigh myself in the morning (after my daily "doings") & last thing at night. I find although it makes me a little "obsessive" it does kleep me focassed

I guess as long as it keeps you focused it's OK, but your body will fluctuate daily so once a week (although pref once a month) is the best way to get an accurate result.
