Ears take time to stand up right. But as others have said the Belgian shepherds have some amount of energy and drive - really fantastic dogs but very daunting I can imagine to owners not familiar with the breed. Loads of socialisation as with any pup and prepare for loads of activities as these dogs love to have work to do
