Pee,s at home

Hi, we are getting so much help from all of you, we have a westie puppy, 5 months old, we have had for a week and making great stirdes in training.

One thing at present is when ever we take her for walks, (3 a day) around 30 mins long, she wont pee and rarely poos either, once at home she will pee on the paper we put down.

any advice on getting her to pee on walks.
