OH so funny Inca !

from time to time I get asked by family and friends advice on catering ...Inca is qualified chef... see have hidden talents :smt042 my sister emailed me today about a dinner party she is having at the weekend.... she wanted to know what was the difference between a red and spanish onion !!!!!! I replied one is red and the other says GRATIS..(sp) WHEN YOU CUT IT UP .... well i got called a smart bottom ...well I thought it was a stupid question to ask ....
ok the difference is one is stronger and the other more sweet.......

see you learn something new everyday! at least she wasnt asking u to cater! i like the joke though lol

not this time I have before ........ yeap cooked it and taken it over an hr before guests have arrived .......LOL

Hi Mandy ........... well Staffy you spend all day preparing it then you cook it ...pop it into car and put it in sisters oven till she is ready to dish it up and then you get paid a pittance for doing it .... been a while since i got my city and guilds but guess it always stays with you around the hips LOL

I haven't got the patience to do that. Sorry I would have told her where to get off unless she came to help

I get the same....friends and family asking me to prepare stuff for them I,m gonna start sending them an invoice for my hourly rate ...bet they don't ask again

i love cooking always have .... the only thing i don't do is cakes ..hate doing cakes ........
