I poured prawn juice all down the insides of the sofa and the bed

HOWEVER, I must admit, the best revenge is that I am happy now, never give him a second thought, yet he is miserable and constantly thinking about me. Now that is sweet revenge.

So I've given my fella (ex) his matching orders. I am very impressed with myself, I was clear and calm and very dignified. No tears! Go me.

Now, I need someone to replace his phone number in my phone and prevent me messaging him so that the message hits home. Something tells me this will be harder for me!

Congratulations, well done for giving him his marching orders.

DELETE that number right away and SCRUB it from your memory. In your weak moments when you want to message or speak to him remember you are strong and deserve so much better than him.

Use us like you would use AA, when you feel the need to contact him, come here and we'll give you thousands of reasons not to

Stay strong, you'll get through this and in a while you'll wonder why you put up with it. Things will get better.
