Update,
I have just spoken with my vet,
All the symptoms are now pointing to parvo virus,she now has chronic diarohrea.
She is comfortable but very poorly,she has a drip,ab's and anti inflamtories and a fan on her.
The vet has said the next 24 hours are critical.

I am so scared
