well the day has finally arrived :o(((

my son has his interview for the army today
i so do not want him to join up but as i,ve said before i would never stand in the way of his dreams so all i can do is wish him the best of luck and hope he gets to follow his dream

Good luck to him, I bet it hard letting him join up. But at least he is going into a good profession, a lot more than a lot of lads these days.

Thank you everyone so much

he is back and got to go for the tests on monday, he has brought the forms home, but i told hubby he has to sign them, cos i just cannot

he is even more excited now
and i am putting on a smillie face for him

Aww Jackie big, big hugs to you. Don't our kids put us through the mill.... and the best we can do is just be there for them and support them, which is exactly what you're doing, so well done you, I know I too would find it hard.
