There should be a test to pass before you can have a dog!

Just in my local asda and seen something I can hardly belive

At the door is the usual high stack of baskets

in the top basket of a pile was a little yorkie cross

a elderly guy waited with it for me while i went to get a member of staff

they said
'oh its OK hes just here, he just nipped in to get some shopping!!

This tiny dog left on his own in a basket unattended and only me and the elderly bloke thought there was anything wrong with this

poor thing

The owner obviously doesn't give a s**t about what could happen to the poor dog.

Unbelievable - that poor dog must have been so frightened and anybody could have taken it. I despair

poor little dog, imagine if it would have tried to climb out and fallen

I never understood the whole practice of taking your dog to the shop with you and then leaving it outside by itself. Isn't walking your dog meant to be enjoyable, not a chore to try and link in with your other chores like doing the shopping?

There should be a test to pass before many humans can have offspring n bring another human being into their lives never mind a dog or any other species into the equation.
