Virgin Media again..... :(

Ive been bhaving problems with VM for about three months they keep saying I havent paid the bill when I have, then they apologise then they cut me off again there driving me insane.
Now my pc is saying I'm using a wrong isp name and keeps disconnecting me. I've rang there ree phone number to be told I need to ring there premium rate pc support line at
25p a minute,,,,, not b"$£"£$ likely.
Told them to sort it for free or shove it so if I'm missing I'm waiting for AOL.

Young Richard must be loosing loads of business lately That's all I seem to hear and read lately, disgruntled VM customers.

I know I have posted about this on and off over the last year so have several others including CC.

I can't offer any advise as i have pulled my own hair out several times ( lots of it ) It eventually gets sorted but so much time and as you say at your cost!! Good luck.

The faults number has a recorded message saying sorry there's no one here
Emailing them but not holding my breath for a reply.

E-mailing them is a complete waste of time, they don't reply and when (if) they do, last time it took them 3 months!!!!

I had a call yesterday from VM asking what I thought of the service from the engineer that called, which I couldn't fault, after all it's not his fault. They then asked me what they could do to improve things....I told him to get rid of the 25p a min calls to report faults with THEIR products, he said this is the No.1 complaint at the moment and something they are looking into.

I won't hold my breath for that either.........

If we could change I would, but unfortunately we can't get Sky here as we are completely surrounded by trees and houses behind the woods at the back of our house are built on quarry land, so we can't get a signal, I really would love to tell VM where to shove all their services, but sadly don't have that option

Since RB took over, everything has gone downhill drastically.
