Good morning everyone - very late attendance from me.
Had a busy day working outside and then this evening took the Mem out for dinner - bit of a change - thought she could do with a treat as she goes of to Wales tomorrow and will be busy doing for her mother.
As for myself - I'll be rubbing along - lonely and miserable as always!
Couldn't have been much of a contributor in tonight's postings anyway - I'm allergic to children. Won't go anywhere that they are admitted, by which I mean restaurants etc.
I have no doubt that they are a joy and a blessing to many of the 50 million plus parents that inhabit the UK but they are not for me. I wish them no harm, just don't manage to whip up any enthusiasm for them. As for asking someone questions about their conception - words fail me. Although I am a grumpy old sod I still retain sufficient manners to make absolutely no reference to people's personal life, in casual conversation or anything similar. It is their own business and in my humble opinion that is how it should remain.
Hope all maladies are swiftly vanishing and both 4 and 2 legged enjoy a good night's sleep, will see you all tomorrow.
