Aaaagh!No walnut to whip!

I don't believe it!
This morning it is pouring with rain and so my mum asked me to take her dog Jack out with mine.
On returning from our walk she gave me a walnut whip that she'd got me for a treat- very nice too.
I've just sat down to lunch with a nice cuppa after doing the housework, discovering a leaky garage roof and a leaky tap to the washing machine.
I opened my eagerly anticipated walnut whip to find NO WALNUT!
IT'S NOT FAIR! GRRR!

Don't you just hate it when that happens!!! You wouldn't get that with a 6pack of them from M & S though!

Neither had I till about 6 months ago. My lovely old German Shepherd had been put to sleep and my hubby tried to help cheer me up by buying me a walnut whip ( amongst a few other treats) and I admit they've become a bit of a habit!
I tell you what though Helena and Petticoat you are bang on with M&S they never let you down do they?
Monday will see me buying that 6 pack - I'm drooling already!
