its her first heat ...she will keep the knack of cleaning
mine are very good only one has a nappy on for an hr sometimes when she's on the sofa cos she sleeps heavily

I have never liked the thought of those pants ok like you said if only put on when up on sofa for cuddle

What I used to do was cover carpets/Sofa etc in old blankets Dogs could still go every where,but carpets were safe.

My girls were really clean. Never bothered with pants. Skye would of gone frantic if she couldn't lick herself.
She licks everything!

She can still lick herself - trust me!! *slurp slurp slurp* by me right now

She dripped all over the kitchen before - she wasn't doing a good job of looking after it. It's the first days of proper mess though...
