Alternative to vegetable oil

I don't use much oil, just to drizzle over roast veggies really, but would like to find an alternative to vegetable oil. One that's healthier. Can anyone suggest which is best please?

Thanks

Normal olive oil is better (and less expensive!) for cooking as extra virgin olive oil generally has a much stronger flavour. EVO is great for making salad dressings though or drizzling over cooked veg/fish/pasta or bread etc so I always have a bottle of each on hand.

Totally agree with that, keep the extra virgin for salads and dipping bread and the normal olive oil for cooking.

Extra Virgin Olive oil here too.

Is sunflower oil okay?

Alternatively you can get these spray oils, with 1 calorie per spray, such as Fry Light extra virgin olive oil spray.
