Alternative to vegetable oil
I don't use much oil, just to drizzle over roast veggies really, but would like to find an alternative to vegetable oil. One that's healthier. Can anyone suggest which is best please?Thanks

Is sunflower oil okay?
Alternatively you can get these spray oils, with 1 calorie per spray, such as Fry Light extra virgin olive oil spray.
