Royal Teacup Puppies . . . .

Just across this page on THAT site and I've finally decided the world's gone mad!!!!

Tiny, tiny dogs of all breeds selling for between $4 - $5000 Oh yeah plus the handbag to put it in

I just don't understand at all Surely all this breeding to shrink a dog to the size of a purse can't be good

Having a tiny pup at the moment, I can't wait for her to get a bit bigger because at the moment we are walking round like those string puppets that pick their feet up to knee height to walk around to make sure we don't step on her

How these teeny, tiny dogs survive around us gawky humans I really don't know.

Dogs that small would be no good for me when `i have pups here I done what is called the puppy walk.

Rather the puppet like picking up of feet I slide my feet along.

See I used to do that when Mum's dog Misha was the size of tuppence but frequently would end up with a puppy attached to my foot growling like crazy at those wiggly things hiding inside my sock...

When I have pups small enough to have to do the puppy shuffle there is useally multiple ie a litter.

So the puppet walk does not work as there will always be one under your foot. That means you usually end up on your bum trying to avoid standing on one.

Clumsy old Parker accidentally stood on someone's teeny-weeny Shih-ztu puppy on the park once

How embarassing! He hadn't even seen it as it was so small.

I would have thought that deliberately breeding extra-small dogs would lead to more health problems though?
