I have just the one friend, but she has no interest whatsoever in dogs.....

Have to say I only have one friend round here which is mad4jacks who I share the fields with for the horses, but other than her all mine are some distance away although we email regular.

I'm in the same boat. Lived in Ipswich for around 2 years now, 300 miles from my hometown where I'd lived all my life.

I have 'work' friends but thats it. Even the woman next door who has been like my Mam since I moved here...has just moved

Sme as youngstevie, friends & I email, but even then that few & far between.

I moved to Norfolk 6 weeks ago and i know no1 except my partner, have a few dog friends a hour or so away but its still not close enough for a cuppa x
