I was recently told that i could make a choice if i allow something to annoy me or not. Take it all in and decide if i will allow something to get to me -such i nice idea. I only remember this piece of advice when im already in orbit over something minor though.

Nah, I tend to lean more towards "radio out of tune/dog whistle/loud waterfall". The Jobcentre didn't have anything for me the last time I checked.
