Glad your home and hope the pain eases quickly,
Don't try doing too much too soon, let everyone else run around for you.
At least you have a lovely garden to sit out in.

It appears to have healed really well.
I hope to get some sleep tonight, the pulling and pricking of the clips has been keeping me awake at night.

OMG!!! I am sooo sorry cos I dont often get "down here" I had no idea you had had a knee replacement!!

I do so sympathise with you so much, although my knee is a different problem, ligaments. I really hope you are feeling better and make sure you do what the powers that be say, and I'm sure you will be back on your feet in no time.
Those staples are a pain when they are in, but what relief when they are out, and they dont leave such a scar, well not in my case they didn't.

Take care and make the most of being pampered!!

xxxx

An elderly lady I know had a knee replacement a couple of months ago and she has found her new knee fantastic. She can't wait to get the other one done in August now.
Why do they use staples, surely they are more painful and harder to get out than stitches and wouldn't glue be even better?
I think your very brave and I will watch your progress with interest as the doctor has started making noises to me about knee replacement as i have osteoarthritis in my knee, hip etc, but I have said no for now.
