Contact info

Who would i contact to complain about unpaid parking fines??

What it is a family have moved in a few doors up and the boy just doesn't get it, that parking on double yellows means getting a ticket.
All he does is throws them on the floor and drives off, and its starting to drive me mad... he has had 3 this week alone.

I know they have taken some pics of the reg and tax, but its winding me up... seeing these tickets laying on the floor.

I was going to pick them up and shove them through his letter box
