Who would i contact to complain about unpaid parking fines??What it is a family have moved in a few doors up and the boy just doesn't get it, that parking on double yellows means getting a ticket.
All he does is throws them on the floor and drives off, and its starting to drive me mad... he has had 3 this week alone.

they will I am sure have taken his reg. number so it will catch up with him eventually

I was going to pick them up and shove them through his letter box
I think its just hormones again playing up
