Lovely. You will have to change that bit on your posts where it says you haven't got a dog yet!

Welcome to Dogsey Reuben

Congratulations on your new family member. I was reading through from the beginning of the thread and was about to give my reasons for wanting a puppy before 12 and here you are with the wee pup already with you. I look forward to seeing some photos ..... p l e a s e

Just for the record I got my two at 8 weeks and although they couldn't be walked out I took them everywhere in my arms: train station, through the high street, we sat on a wall outside a school when kids came out etc etc and socialised them really well.

Reuben is a DELIGHT. I will post pictures. Why is Anniebee worried about a human food diet? U shredded in the processor, cabbage, carrot, green beans, courgette, swede, parsnip, nuts and garlic. Added Turmeric and cider vinegar and olive oil and this mixture filled about 8 tupperware boxes. In the morning I sauté a portion (bit like bubble n squeak) and add some grated cheese on top. Lunch is raw mince or steak or lambs hearts with some Royal Canin biscuit and dinner is a scrambled egg. All human food (which dogs ate before the pet food industry decided otherwise) and in the wild its the natural food of the grey wolf (closest relative) i.e. an animal and the contents of the stomach. Pics to follow
