I will ask if I can show him with implants in. I have heard bad things about the female contraceptive, that the risk of cancer is higher.

I have been asked for Leo as a stud in september but I havenīt seen any health testing for the female or show testimonies so untill I do I wonīt go through with it but I also wont have him implanted untill I get that sorted out.
Bless you; you did nothing wrong and nor did I Shocked and astounded at BD;s posts frankly

But please can you see my original post and read the case histories there;' thank you
It was a carefully researched post with back up and I trust family and the more advanced work done in Canada where top breeders will not touch this implant

Hi IceCody

You might like to read about Superlorin from the Noah Compendium, which gives you information from data sheets and SPCs for animal medicines (I've looked up Superlorin 4.7 mg):

Better things to do with my time and I stand by all I have said, period.

You want to use this chemical fine but know that there are risks as there are with all chemicals.
Congratulations, you report away! Thats what its for if you think there have been rules broken, I have no issue with it.

You, however have provided nothing to back up your claims, you didnt last time, just snippets from unbalanced one sided views. No science, no proof, then, like this time, you walked away.

You claim that the implant cant be removed, I am TELLING you it can! Would you like the name of the reproduction specialist who told me that, SHE does it! You can then tell her she is a liar!

Please show me where the science states the implant cannot be removed.

Please show me where it states its banned in Canada. Oh sorry "parts" of Canada, it seems to have lessened its "ban" since the last time you posted. Then of course, I can provide you with the person who lives in Canada who's Dobe uses it. As I told you, its NOT banned there at all, it just has to be bought in. Its pricey, she said around $250 CD. But there is no ban on using it at all whatsoever!

Thank you very much for this

I am doing my reserch before actually getting him implented and get advice for several vets.
This is just the best way I have found yet to keep both my dogs happy and healthy without spaying or neutering which would keep me from showing them ever again.

I have no belive that you are just trying to be a pest and that you truly believe what you are writing here.
Although I am not saying you are wrong I do intend to do my own research as I am responsible for my dogs and I will not do anything that might in any way harm them.

I was asking for advice and I got a lot of good ones.

My two dogs (full brothers) who are now nearly 2 1/2yrs old are on their 2nd implant. One of them I will have castrated later this year but his brother has a heart murmur and I don't want to put him under anaesthetic unless there is an emergency. The implant really has been fine with my two but quite rightly as you say you must do your own research. Good luck.
