Totally depends, I go through phases of what I have. At the moment I'm partial to two weetabix with a chopped up banana in cold milk with a cuppa

Flippin' 'eck H you must be like a beanpole!
Except that.....if I remember rightly..... you are rather partial to a Walnut Whip!
So are you completely sure about the "no snacking" or have you been had?!!

Funnilly enough, I said to Dave last night, considering I don't eat anything apart from my lunch and maybe a bit of toast in the evenings, the weight should be falling off me, but then he said "it's what you eat" to which I replied, I have lean meat and fresh veg every day, but then he spotted my two little goodie tins on the coffee table, one's full of healthy stuff like walnuts, and the other one has the norties in it, aero chocolate bubbles and suchlike so yes, I've been had!!!

Aw never mind H, I'm just pleased to know you're as norty as the rest of us!
I've been trying to lose weight and I said a similar thing to Dave (my one not your one!) and he pointed to my glass of wine! Ah well.

I have an actimel and some cereal before I walk the dogs.

I sometimes eat an apple or banana while I'm walking.

Then I have coffee and toast/bagel when I get back.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day

Cup of tea
Either 2 weetabix and skimmed milk or toast (homemade bread usually) and utterly butterly....

Sometimes poached eggs at the weekend
