What does everyone normally eat for Breakfast

I'm just being nosey and wondering as I sit here eating mine, what everyone else eats for thier breakfast.
I am today having Readybrek, with a banana chopped up and mixed in it.
I normally have this or Shredded Wheat.

Two pieces of toast in the colder months, usually Hovis Seed Sensations Light and Nutty - it's yum.

When it's warmer, it always a bowl of cereals - Cheerios, Cornflakes, Rice Crispies

Mine can vary from nothing to toast, to cereal, to a toasted tea-cake in the coffee shop with some pals after we have dropped the kids off at school.Today will be a hot cross bun. We defrosted the freezer last night and found some lurking.....

I have to force myself to east breakfast, but I know that I'll feel rotten by mid morning if I don't, the only thing I can stomach is cereals, usually Frostie or Sugar puffs, something like that
