No, I'm feeling a bit despondent as I have heard nothing else from them. She told me last week she would speak to her hubby when he got in as to when they could pop round and view and let me know.
I emailed her back and asked if i could view her place today or tomorrow and gave her my phone numbers but everything has gone quiet. She has not contacted me anymore.
I suspect her hubby came in and he might know what this area is like and has said no. It would have been nice if she could have let me know that though rather than keep my hopes up.
Oh well I thought it was too good to be true.
