Thank you everyone. Their house has a lovely big back garden too which will be nice for the dogs and we wouldn't get the constant fireworks up there that you get here to terrify Kyiro.

Bev, yes I will keeping all fingers crossed and wishing it happens for you, you certainly shouldn't be putting up with some of those low lifes around you. I'm sure I know Boxted, at least I'm sure I've driven through it a few times 'tho I am talking about 15 or more years ago. So far as your areas 'reputation' well that is all 'alleged' isn't it and these people might not be worried if they are getting a larger house. Good luck.

Everything crossed here, get them to view ASAP 1 so you don't have to think about it for too long and 2 so they don't look elsewhere first, to upsize by 1-2 bedrooms most people would go for it, I so hope so and your rent should be cheaper there too x x
