Please Everyone Cross your Fingers For Me

I have just had an email from someone I contacted who may be interested in exchanging their house for mine.
We are sorting out a day next week too view each others houses.
Their house is about 4 miles up the road in a rural village called Boxted. I used to keep my horses in Boxted .
Their house is a two bedroom and as mine is a fairly large 3/4 bed I am hoping they will want it for the size and won't be put off or hear about my areas reputation.
I love Boxted and its one of my chosen areas to move too, so please cross everything crossable for me as i have been trying for years to get out of this hell hole.

I know how hard you've been trying Bev, and I know how desperate you are to get out of there, so I'll have everything crossed that this might just work out in your favour. Let's hope all the neighbours are out when they visit hey?! Get those biccies out too, it all helps!!!!

I need someone with cleaning skills and organisational skills now to come and help me get my house looking nice
