Lol- sadly it is not experience i lack- been in catering since I was 12!! More a question born of indulgence- i never tire of listening to peoples food preferences- its generally a subject that most people have an opinion on too!!

Also the regional variances are interesting.......just because people often have a nostalgic connection which leads their tasebuds- you know, Granny always used to bake.......
