Esmed, I'm nothing short of astounded!!

( I think Esmed's testing us out here guys and knows how to do this. Have you tried her fish recipes? If not, you need to, she's a genius)!

Mate, I'm so proud of you!! Really.

Esme? Why have I never had one of your fish recipes?

Donny Kebab - not sure, prob not as am still learning the world of fish. As a veggie I've only recently started eating it.

It was nice though ;o)

Because your a veggie and you shouldn't eat fish!! Oh and it's a very exclusive club and you haven't passed the initiation!

I might be swayed to share a few at some point! It's more how you cook the fish rather than fish recipes for me. I like the flavours of the fish to come through instead of a sauce.
