Also, can I suggest a theme maybe? A lactose free theme for those of us who can't take lactose

Maybe leave it a while tho as I doubt anyone as any lactose free recipes

Nope it's fine. I was going to ask if you had a suggestion for a theme as I know you are into your food/nutrition.

Maybe bundle them into an 'XYZ-Free' theme?

Then people can just say what their recipe is free of when submitting

Maybe leave it a while tho as I'm not sure how many people will have such recipes.

How an Italian, French, Spanish ?? theme? Up to you guys as I'm rubbish at cooking

Also, how about a seperate project to help people like me get the basics of cooking right?

Well I was kind of hoping it could be a Q and A as well. If anyone has any questions on my recipes I would love to answer them.

I learnt to cook by spending time in the hostel kitchens on my travels and watching (nosing) other people and would love to pass on my knowledge.

You'd need a discalimer.... just in case they something is free of something and it's not I'd hate someone to swell up because of a dodgy recipe.
.......and I always had you down as a good cook Azz?

I'm off to try the Thai sweetcorn fritters
