Fingers crossed!!

Right I'm bored, so going to tackle the beast.......BAKING! for me its a nightmare, I'm a good cook (even if i do say so myself ) but me and baking do not mix, i'm mean i give new meaning to words rock cakes when i bake, its funny cos if i do baking with my mum, ie i do it but she's in the same room doing something else even, everything turns out ok but when she is not there.....CRAP! Rockville here we come!

So decided as i am monumentally bored and my mum is not around i thought i'd give it a try, but am going to try some flapjacks, yes i know they're easy to make, but last time i did it i forgot they were in the oven, and only remembered when the smoke alarm started to go off - following a completely burnt oven, which went from bad to worse, cos once i took them out i got smoke in my eyes and ended up burning my arm, the carpet and the table!!

So guys keep your fingers crossed!!!!
