Just left Sami at the vet hospital

I've just left Sami-pants at the emergency vet hospital in Cheadle after finding him munching on a strip of Ibuprofen. Not sure how many he had, could be just the half of one that I got out his mouth or, it could be 4 1/2 as I don't know if it was a full strip or not.

So, he's in for induced vomiting, followed by a being on a drip to flush his system out , he could be in for 24 -48 hours, so please can you all think lots of good vibes for him.

Poor wee mite screamed the place down when I left him....

You need eyes at the back of your head don't you.
I'm sure he'll be fine, but what a dreadful 24 hours you're going to be having.

Hopefully it was just the one you found in his mouth, fingers crossed the vet sorts him out.

Annie you must be so worried poor little Sami.

The good thing is you spotted what had been eaten and got the little chap treatment very quickly so he should be home again very soon ....x

What a nightmare for you and little Sam, but you never know - he may not have ingested any at all. Even if he has, thanks to your prompt action he will be absolutely fine.

The worst thing is not having him there with you, so huge cuddles coming your way and I hope that he is home soon.
