How did it go with Pheonix and her prospective new owners and they're dog ?

hey guys. Ironically my internet went down the day b4 saturday, so now im at an internet cafe to update u all as it doesnt look like we will have any internet til we move now cos ntl are useless!
unless anyone has the number for broadband with bt!

Anyway, all went well, the family for phoenix seemed really nice. She was chasing their dog alfie round the garden for ages. We ended up keeping indie inside as she went mental at the gate as they arrived with said dog, so she had to play on her own! madam.

Anyway, she threw up in their car 10 mins b4 they got home, typical. Even with travel sickness tablets.
It was really hard to see her go, she was watching us out of the back window as they drove away Needless to say we both shed a few tears
Indie seems noticably happier and was over the top cuddly the whole weekend. She could probably sense something was wrong. Shes been loving being able to play with her toys without phoenix on her back the whole time and can now enjoy a nice bone in peace and quiet.

Got and email from the owners today and they said there had been a few scraps.. started by phoenix. Which is odd as she has never ever started anything here. But they say all is ok and she loves walkin in the woods.

Not sure what else to say.. cept thanks to everyone for being so supportive and for all ur kind words

give her time to settle, indie will notice her not around but she will adjust to being the only 1 again.
if they played she just need time to settle with them maybe she didn't with you because indie was the boss.
well done hard as it is you did the right thing for both of the girls.

Thats great Jenny sounds like Pheonix has found a lovely home, and weldone to you it cant of been easy and you have made both girls more happy in the long run. Im sure once she has settled in more everything will settle down.

Pleased its gone well for you. I bet Indie is really pleased o find a bone or toy in the same place as she left it but I imagine the tussle between Phoenix and the Alfie are down to settling in but I imagine Phoenix will be boss bitches normally are.

It must have been difficult for you Jenny, but I am sure a lot of the tension has gone from you, Indie and Phoenix and you will all be much happier and more relaxed.

I hope Phoenox settles in well, no reason why she should not once she and Alfie have sorted themselves out.
