Iv heard of Nanuk before.....was it in a film or something?

My Patterdale 'Natty' has a broken coat. He was named after a Bob Marley song 'Natty Dread'. He was the only one of the litter with a broken coat. Just like Bob, he's well laid back.

The spooky thing is, i've have never heard of another dog called just Barnes before, only as a shortened version of Barney etc and from out the blue I found out that my sister (who I haven't spoken to in over a year) has also just got a tri coloured smooth coated JRT and called it......Barnes for exactly the same reason - How spooky is that!!!!

Missy was Missy when we adopted her from Battersea. She had the name for two years - but before that her previous owner had called her Misfit!
So glad it got changed.
