Green lipped mussel capsules.

was having a chat with another dog owner yesterday and she let me know that she uses these capsules for her dogs arthritis.
Jave been having a search online and wondered if any o e else uses, or has heard of using tbes.
Both Molly &Nudge have joint pain, so I'll consider any reasonable supplement.

My Border Collie, Sam, had HD and arthritis diagnosed at six years old. He had glucosomine & chondroitin for the HD and green lipped mussel for his arthritis. The GLM made an amazing difference to him.

He was on them for 10 years until he died at 16. Only in the last two years of his life and for a month or so early on in the diagnosis did he have extra pain meds.

It doesn't work for all dogs, but it certainly did for Sam so I can certainly recommend giving them a try

I have been giving Pereg Glucosomine and Chondroitin with MSM, plus Green Lipped Mussel extract for about a year now - mainly as a preventative though.
